What if you were a member of the investment club that launched Tiger Woods’ golf career! How rich would you be right now?
Many people don’t consider pro athlete sponsorship when they are making decisions about their investment portfolio. Sure you can sit on a mutual fund and hope for a 4.5% return in 24 months, or you can invest in a professional golfer’s career and look for a 120% return on your investment in 8 months. That, to me, sounds like the difference between a quadruple bogie and an eagle. If you had a choice, which would you choose?
Good News!!!! You do have a choice! We Golf Together showcases professional and semi-professional golfers that are looking to take their game, and paycheck, to the next level. Sponsoring a golfer’s career is just like buying stock in a company, because each golfer is a company. All of the golfers that we showcase for sponsorship are a living, breathing, legitimate company. They have shares available for sale in their company and dividends are paid to their shareholders.
As with any investment there are risks. The golfer could be in a car accident and break his arms. In that instance, the monies in the fund will then be dispersed back to the investors. On the flip side of that there is no reward without risk. As an investor you can easily minimize your risk. Simply choose the golfer that you feel will give you the best reward. The better a golfer is, the more money he makes and the more money you, as an investor in his company will receive.
Each golfer has their own terms of investment. Some golfers guarantee an ROI of 120% or more on your investment in their company. The “or more” part comes in when the golfer is even more successful than anticipated; therefore the investor yields a higher return than originally expected. Some golfers prefer that you invest on a loan basis only. This is a more structured or fixed method of investing. Once again, you make the decision on which player and what type of investment best suits you and your goals.
Our player showcase is constantly changing. Once a player has reached his or her sponsorship budget we remove them from the website to give other players the opportunity for funding.
